Other Haunted Libraries: The Butler Library

Looking for even more stories about haunted libraries? Check back here every week for a new video that shows off our favourite ones!

Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri has its fair share of potentially haunted locations. Here, LUTV (that’s Lindenwood University Television) runs an exposé on the haunted Butler Library.

Reporter Marie Heart goes deep into the dark passages of the library to find out all of its hidden secrets. Interviews with staff members all seem to agree that something strange is going on, and that it might have something to do with Mary Sibley – one of the co-founders of the university. Her house once stood on the grounds where the library now does, and that’s where she died, making her a prime candidate for the paranormal phenomena!

Check out the whole video to get the rest of the information, right here at the O’Deary Library.
