Ask An Author: Ken Rabow, Part 4
Ken Rabow is a life empowerment coach and the author of The Slacker’s Guide to Success, a book designed to help teens and young adults discover their strengths. In this multi-part interview, he talks about his philosophies, writing process, favourite books and more.
Can the techniques in The Slacker’s Guide to Success be applied to writing? What can writers – especially young writers — learn from your system?
This book is a method designed to help you become great at anything you want to succeed at, written for young people of this new century and millennium. For the young writers out there, I say: “Go after your dreams! Write! Use steps one to seven in the book to help you achieve the proper discipline in writing your book (personal development) and remember to not let anything throw you off from your dreams.”
Once you have your book, use the second stage to promote your book and should you decide to make writing your life-long passion, use steps twelve and thirteen (personal development) to follow your own “Hero’s Journey”.
The Slacker’s Guide to Success is out now.
