Susan Glickman Talks Reading To Her Children

We asked Susan Glickman, author of Bernadette and the Lunch Bunch, Bernadette in the Doghouse, Bernadette to the Rescue and her new release The Tale-Teller, about reading to her children.

What book do/did you enjoy reading aloud to your children?

When my kids were just learning to read were crazy about the Red Nose Readers by Allan Ahlberg and Colin McNaughton, then we moved on to The Phantom Tollbooth, of course, as well as the “Narnia” books by C.S. Lewis and The Dark is Rising series by Susan Cooper and later, Harry Potter. By the way, my kids read to me too; we liked to take turns.

Don’t forget to check out Susan’s new book, The Tale-Teller, now available through Amazon!
