Video Book Review: Isaac Marion’s “Warm Bodies”

Looking for something new to read in between episodes of Ruby Skye P.I.? The O’Deary Library has you covered. Here, we’ll show you book reviews by some of our favorite reviewers, and you can decide for yourself if you want to check out the books!

Our latest booktuber does things a little bit differently – she reviews both the book and the movie!

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be featuring reviews from Heather of Bookables. These reviews feature coverage of both the films and the novels which inspired them. Cool, right?

Be warned, however: Heather’s reviews contain SPOILERS. So if you haven’t checked out the book or the movie (or both), you might want to steer clear. Go read and watch, then come back.

First up: Isaac Marion’s Warm Bodies, the zom-com (that’s a zombie romantic-comedy, for those who don’t know the lingo) which hit theatres earlier this year. If that’s not enough to peak your interest, I’m not sure what will!

You know what to do: read the book, watch the review. And don’t forget: you can also take a look at more reviews and videos at Heather’s channel, found here. Remember to subscribe, too!

And if social networking is more your thing, you can check Kat out on all your favorite networks: TwitterGoodReads and Tumblr.
